newly renovated apartment, magnificent terrace, convenient metro station

The check-in process is convoluted with overlapping responsibilities!!! Receiving the keys felt like a game, and the cleaning schedule left us stranded on the stairs waiting for access!!! A malfunctioning lock also went unaddressed!!!

the walls are very thin, and I could hear everything my neighbors were doing. I was also shocked at the heating issues since the apartment didn't warm up when I arrived. with the lack of proper communication, I expected an upgrade or even a complimentary gesture. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Gran Via.

Unfortunately, I encountered significant issues with the check-in process. My apartment wasn't ready until three hours after my scheduled check-in time, causing major inconvenience. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the apartment did not meet my expectations, as it felt superficial and left much to be desired.

The assortment of fresh fruits was a standout delight, and we stumbled upon some fantastic local culinary spots just a hop away like La Tape and Milu Gastrobar! The apartment was modern and clean, making our family stay enjoyable.

The check-in instructions were a bit murky, especially figuring out the digital lock at first. We ended up getting a physical key for my parents, but the staff were super prompt and friendly, making everything shine despite the hiccups.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Smartr Madrid Gran Via Apartments. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to Gran Via with numerous shops nearby. The spacious and well-appointed apartment was clean, and having two bathrooms made my family stay very comfortable.

We had an amazing stay in the spacious two-bedroom apartment, which was beautifully decorated and had thoughtful details like extra towels. The self-check-in via smartphone was a breeze! Unfortunately, some noise came through the walls, but it didn’t ruin our experience. We'll definitely be back!

Family-friendly stay for great exploring

We had a penthouse with a huge terrace! The location was spot on, close to supermarkets and bars, just a bit of a walk to the main spots, really felt the vibe of the place.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but still within reason.

However, the first-floor unit lacked a balcony, limiting the overall experience, and the time-consuming check-in process was less than ideal.

I had such a great time staying in the two-bedroom apartment! It was spacious and clean, and I loved that there was a Carfour supermarket right in front—super convenient for snacks and drinks. The terrace was a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. One downside was the check-in process, which could have been smoother.

Great kitchen supplies and comfy beds, but check-in process was inconvenient.

staying at smartr madrid gran via was fantastic! the two-bedroom apartment was super clean, comfy, and perfectly located. just a short walk from the gran via and close to shops for groceries. breakfast was great too, with a nice self-serve selection and hot items ordered on request.
